Foresight has participated in the ownership, development, financing or management of 61 properties located in 11 states which in aggregate contain in excess of 4,700 dwelling units. With additional properties in the development or acquisition pipeline, Foresight continues to seek other assets to further its affordable housing mission.
Due to our efforts to create opportunity-enriched living environments, various partnerships have been created, social services established, and physical improvements completed. Better Tomorrows, a social service non-profit, is being utilized to provide desired resident services at a number of Foresight assets. Using the Foresight and Better Tomorrows community models, beneficial residential programs may include:

By offering affordable housing, computer learning centers and professional guidance through trained social service coordinators, participants in our sophisticated programs learn how to improve themselves and are better prepared to compete in today's economic environment. Our innovative approach, where we help guide the individual while managing the community, is crucial in creating and securing opportunities that are turning distant dreams into realities.
While disadvantaged groups are beneficiaries of our efforts, the success of our corporate objectives is largely determined by our ability to create beneficial local and municipal partnerships and secure the cooperation of various public and private enterprises.
